"Received my French army leather-lined satchel first thing this morning - absolutely delighted and a real nice surprise as you said it wouldn't go in the post til Monday! It is ideal as a camera bag - I can fit a Canon DSLR plus one lens and bits 'n bobs such as spare batts, filters etc. The satchel is much tougher than a normal camera bag, and is obviously not a camera bag to the casual ASBO who likes to mug photographers ( I was threatened about 4 years ago by a couple of yobs whilst taking snaps of the Gateshead Millenium Bridge at night but requested them politely to eff off - then they saw my English Bull Terrier and thought that perhaps it might be best to heed the advice I was giving them!). I reckon you could do very well selling these bags to photographers - especially when you look at specialist bags made by Billingham (similar bag to the French satchel but at £108 rather more expensive!) Lowepro, Tenba etc etc. I will certainly be extolling the virtues of Mean 'n Green to my students - I teach digital photography to adults at several different establishments. "I just got the S-10 gas mask. I would just like to let you know that I am extremley satisfied with the quality of this mask and that there are no functioning problems with it at all. The mask fits well, the field of vision is superb, and there are no leaks that I can detect. I was hesitant that there might be issues with it as it was used surplus but all that has been dismissed since I recieved it. I have no idea on the filters functionality, but I have ordered a new one from a different site. I plan to use it at my local gun range, there are a few of my guns that I am testing their durability in which I plan to pump through 1000 rounds within a day.
