• 30 cm x 7.5cm (12'' x 3'') pressure pad (self adhesive)
• Folding scissors
• Pocket size tin of Vaseline (20g)

Comfortable, slim and effective patches, for treating/preventing blisters. Can be cut and shaped to fit over heels or between toes etc. This pack is ideal for sore feet and hands.
