A: I have measured the teflon trousers and the 24/7 trousers on the thigh and the ankle to see what the approximate fitting would be and it is as follows, Teflon thigh (measured flat) approx 10 inches and ankle (measured flat) approx 8.5 inches 24/7 Trousers (measured flat) approx 10.5 inches and ankle (measured flat) approx 8 inches. This shows that the thigh on on the 24/7 trousers is a little loose and the ankle is slightly tighter.
