German para boots are arguably the best and most sought-after footwear in used condition. The Germans are renowned for their build quality and their boots live up to their reputation.
Made from high quality supple leather, these boots offer great levels of comfort, durability and breathability. The soles offer high levels of grip, while having anti static and oil resistant properties. The tongue is sewn in which limits movement and also keeps sand and dirt out of the boot. Whilst not fully waterproof, these boots are highly water resistant and your feet should stay dry in most conditions. Other features include reinforced heel and toe areas, as well as an Achilles flex panel which aids in natural movement.
Any general military issue boot is built to withstand tough conditions, but the para boot excels. It is very popular today with motorcyclists as a comfortable, stylish boot that resists wear from gear shifting and offers high levels of warmth when coupled with thick socks. Fashionable and practical, this boot can be used for walking/hiking, field use, at work or for casual day to day use.
The exact design may vary slightly from that pictured as we hold stock of various different models, in particular the sole may be stitched or moulded. All are subject to availability. The boots at the smaller end of the size range do come up quite large.
