  • Double breasted with 3 large buttons
  • Two exterior very deep hip pockets with button fastening
  • Adjustable belt with metal buckle
  • Rear vent at bottom with button fastening
  • Shoulder epaulettes with button fastening
  • Collar with button fastening at front for protection from the elements
  • Adjustable cuff fastenings
  • Fully lined throughout
  • Liner is detachable and reversible
  • Two small hip pockets in lining
  • Weight approx 2.6kg
  • Made by Sigmund Eisner Company in New Jersey, USA
  • Medium approx 42" chest
  • Large approx 46" chest
They don't make them like these any more. Genuine US trench coats from the 1950s.
If you fancy yourself as Dick Tracy, Inspector Clouseau or Humphrey Bogart this is the genuine article from the original period.
Alternatively, if you just want to keep shielded from the elements then this is a good quality coat that will last a lifetime.
The exact colour shade of the liner may vary but will be of the same design. The outer coat is identical on each.

Q: What is the pit to pit measurement for a 36inch chest and is this regular fitting?
A: I have measured approx 23.5 inches armpit to armpit and this was the regular length measured.

A: They are water resistant.

Beautiful coat!
This coat is a absolute gem! Fits me perfectly, it looks gorgeous and feels snug! If it helps anyone undecided I ordered 36" chest regular length and I'm a broad shouldered 5ft 4" guy! Roll on bad weather! :) Cannot wait to wear it out! Will have to make do with indoors in front of the mirror for now...
