Quality sheath
I bought this to replace the "less than great" leather sheath that came as standard with my John Nowill survival knife. A great piece of kit, to the exceptional high quality I've come to expect and respect from British issued equipment. The sheath itself was a little longer than my survival knife, but that's better than having a sheath too small. I removed the large QR buckle from the top as it wasn't needed, and added a 20mm webbing strap with QR buckle to hold the knife securely in position. All in all, a great quality sheath, whether you intend to use it for the correct knife/bayonet, or substitute it for a different large blade as I did.
Pros: Hard wearing, Holds my knife securely, Great quality, Reliable belt fittings
Cons: none
Would recommend: Yes
