Q: Is lining removable?
A: No, the lining on this is fixed.
Q: Is the M65 Winter jacket outer layer material treated to repel water / rain? If not would I be able to wash in a NikWax product?
A: No it isn't treated to be water repellent but as it is cotton then it could be washed with the appropriate Nikwax product.

Great winter jacket
Very pleased with this jacket. I am 5'10" with a 44/45" chest & initially ordered the L size, which was a very snug fit. Changed it for the XL which was much better.Worth bearing in mind when ordering....
