Q & A's
Q & A's
Q: Will this jacket be any good to put on over my leather when I'm riding my bike?
A: Yes, it's 100% waterproof so would add that layer of protection. If you're referring to a motorbike then of course the high speed can mean some water gets forced under the cuffs, etc, but that would be the same for any waterproofs used in this way.
Q: i am interested in the above product Waterproof Over-Jacket (ref CC1439) but what size would be best for a 50inch chest size?
A: A Large size would suit up to approximately a 50" chest or if you don't want too snug a fit, then a size XL should suit up to about 52".
Q: Does it have a hood
A: Yes, this jacket has a foldaway hood inside a zip on the collar.
Q: does this jacket have a top left hand pocket large enough to put pens and pencils in, also two bottom pockets.
A: This jacket has no top pockets at all, but does have 2 large pockets at the bottom front.
Q: Is this waterproof fastened up with a zip and buttons, or only buttons?
A: These jackets have both zip and buttons, so you have the choice.
Q: What is the weight of the XL Waterproof Over-Jacket( ref TR1439)?
A: The weight of an XL size jacket is approximately 634g.
Q: What is the length in the XXL size please.
A: The length of the jacket measured from the top of the collar to the bottom of the hem is approximately 30".
Q: Please advise sleeve length of XXL?
A: The sleeve length measured from the armpit to the end of the cuff is approximately 22".
Q: Will i be warm enough in this coat as u say its not lined? is it intended to wear an everyday coat underneath to provide warmth? or is it good enough 4 warmth aswell as keeping u dry?
A: This is an outer layer only designed to keep you dry, not warm. You should wear warm layers underneath, or take a look at our Hunter Jacket which is both waterproof and padded for warmth.
Q: Is this jacket lined or can I fold it into a small pocket/bag?
A: It is unlined and folds down quite small.
Q: Hi, Is this jacket breathable and 100% waterproof?
A: It is 100% waterproof, but this jacket is not breathable. We have others that are though.
Q: Can you please advise me of the length from underarms to bottom of jacket. I am looking for a long line (near to knee-length) for my husband.
A: A size XL measures approx 47cm.

Got this jacket as i work outside doing manual work. Keeps me dry and doesn't hinder movement like a heavier jacket would.
