Great for blisters!
I used this when on an expedition when i felt my boots beginning to rub, i covered my heel with the tape and it stopped my boots from rubbing as well as reducing the redness. Although it only lasts about 30-50 mins before you have to replace the tape on your foot.
Pros: Reduces rubbing, Cheaper than blister plasters
Cons: Doesn't last long
