The hood lets it down a bit
Once you manage to fish the hood out of its hiding place, you find the drawstring for it doesn't go all the way around (it's two individual strings, one on each side); I found it difficult to keep the hood tied down in high winds. The hood itself is quite voluminous, although I suppose looking like a Dark Lord of the Sith does at least make you more intimidating.
