The only complaint we ever had about the original Sleeka was that it was too warm! In response to this we present the Sleeka Lite, we have halved the weight of Softie insulation to provide a year round jacket that can be worn without fear of overheating in intense climatic conditions. Packs into its own tiny sleeve stuffsack which can be tied to a rucksack as an emergency insulator 'just in case'. | Q: I always wear a XL in my jackets but when I bought my original softie in an XL I found it to be more like an XXL. It is a bit too big. I am interested in purchasing the Lite and am wondering if it is the same size as the original? As I would buy a large instead. A: I have compared the sizes of an XL Lite and an XL Original and they are identical. The measurement from armpit to armpit on the exterior of the jacket is approximately 28 inches. |
| Q: What size chest is small as I want an olive green softie but I am an extra small size female A: The small measures approx 24 inches armpit to armpit across the front. Given the type of material and that it is usually worn over other layers, this is probably suitable for a womens 12/14. |
