Don't get caught out by the cold weather. These hats feature a thick acrylic fur outer with a polyester lining. The fur is very soft and looks very realistic - the only way to wear fur with a clear conscience! They have two ear flaps which can either be tied up at the top (as shown in the picture) or dropped down for additional warmth. The Soviet badge is fully detachable.

Nice Hat
Bought this hat in early December and like it. It is decent quality. warm and looks good. Must admit to having the old Soviet badge fitted too which has drawn a couple of comments.
I had an original (real fur) many years ago swapped it for a playboy mag with a Soviet soldier in Berlin when I was stationed there so bought back memories :-)

Absolutely fantastic
I believe the ushanka is up to an immense standard and its worth every penny. The warmth is great and it looks superb

Excellent quality
This is an excellent hat, it is really warm and a very authentic russian product. It seemed quite expensive but is definitley worth the money.
