The advanced vests of today need to allow for major load carriage, and the ability to dump pouches if necessary. This version of the Arktis advanced vest base affords greater ammunition carriage and stowage capacity with detachable ammo/utility pouches at the shoulder. This vest utilises a soft but strong mesh that reduces the potential for 'Bergen burn'. There is azip or side release clip front closure and rear adjustment. The pouch configuration concentrates on distributing the load round the lower rack of pouches, with pouch-on-pouch detail maximising the potential load.

The ammunition pouches adjust from top to bottom and will comfortably hold AK-47 magazines right down to single pistol magazine. Because the adjusting strap compresses the pouch nothing rattles inside it.
