A: It is water-repellent but not fully waterproof, so will withstand light rain but not a downpour. It has a fleece lining and is windproof so can be used wherever a lightweight warm jacket is required.

A: The measurement across the chest for the size small jacket is approx 23" and sleeve length 21". The medium jacket across the chest is approx 25" and sleeve length 21.5".
