A: As these are adult jackets we would expect that even the smaller jackets will be too big for a 12 year old, however we do also do a kids ma1 flight jacket that goes up to size 11-12 years.

Q: I'm looking for an MA-1 style jacket, but suited more for indoor use 65 to 70F. I think the Alpha MA-1 is intended for colder environments. How does the PILOT jacket compare?
A: The pilot jacket is of a slightly more lightweight material than the Alpha versions so would be more suitable, however both are really designed for cold conditions.

It is an original Alpha and is of the quality you would expect from a company with a strong tradition of manufacturing military wear. The other MA1 jackets we sell are copies of these original Alpha ones. As a Harley rider, I'm sure you would appreciate the look and quality of an authentic Alpha MA1 jacket.
